SRES®:  What is it?

A Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) is a Realtor® who has been specially trained and certified by the Seniors Real Estate Council of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).  Although over 15,000 Realtors® have earned this designation, there are only 8 of us in the Topeka area to serve you.  An SRES® has met a high standard of training in Senior's life styles and life changes that occur in our journey through maturity. 

As an SRES® I am aware of the unique needs and issues of older property buyers and sellers.  I am trained to lead Seniors through real estate transactions, and draw on the expertise of a network of senior specialists such as CPAs, real estate planners, lawyers, clutter and staging experts, as well as community resources and services.
